    Is it too short? 🙁

Nicole: length is good, but you could add a few more links to some of the material you found. For example, when you say “many scientists say that the Day After Tomorrow happened impossibly quickly”, it would be useful to include a link to something that describes scientists’ reactions to the movie. In Wikipedia they say “citation needed”, meaning “show us where you got this information from”.

    Nicole,

    Feedback:

    Choice of topic:
    – Ideal.

    Use of resources:
    – As Steve mentioned, there parts of your piece where you make statements of fact (e.g. “The evidence indicates that ‘a new ice age’…”)that need to be supported with references. Otherwise, great!

    Style/Coherence:
    – Excellent. Very readable and compelling.
    – The only part that seems a little disjointed is in your second to last paragraph (“Or maybe global warming…”). It seems abrupt to bring in doubts about climate change but then immediately switch back (“However, what if it’s not?”) without elaborating.

    Understandability / Clarity:
    – Excellent.

    Insights / Originality:
    – Great. I really liked how you pulled from the science to answer questions many people might have about a scenario in a popular movie.

    Good use of blogging features:
    – Yes.

      Thx a lot Jon
I actually had more websites linked to the pictures, but I guess it was not clear. So I worte “click the picture if you want the website”, and I also added reference about the new ice age. I linked a website and used what steve told me as reference, but I’m not sure if I did it right :/
Anyway, your comments were very helpful
